THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT AND PUBLIC NOTICE. By accessing this website, any associated channels, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, possessing, using, or in any manner interacting with BTMOB (hereinafter referred to as the "Software" or "Tool"), you expressly acknowledge, represent and warrant that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to every term, condition, waiver, release, and covenant contained herein.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease all interaction, permanently leave this website and destroy any copies of the Software.

BTMOB is a software tool provided strictly and exclusively for lawful, legitimate, ethical and authorized purposes only. The following are the only categories of permitted use:

• Legitimate academic and educational research in cybersecurity and mobile security within controlled, isolated ethical environments with no access to production devices.
• Authorized ethical penetration testing, red team exercises, or vulnerability assessments with prior, explicit, written permission from the lawful owner of all tested devices, networks, and systems.
• Consensual parental supervision of minor children's devices where expressly permitted under applicable family law in the user's jurisdiction.
• Consensual enterprise device management in full compliance with employment contracts, corporate policies, and explicit written consent of all affected parties.
• Any use case in which the individual has obtained documented, written authorization from every individual whose device, data, or communications may be accessed.

Important: Any use case not explicitly listed above is strictly prohibited. If you are uncertain whether your intended use is authorized, it is not.

The Software shall not be installed, executed, deployed, or utilized on any device, network, application, or system without the prior, explicit, unambiguous, informed, and documented written consent of the lawful owner of said device, network, or system.

Consent must be:

• Informed — the consenting party must understand what the Software does and what data it accesses.
• Documented — verbal consent is insufficient; written records must be maintained.
• Revocable — consent may be withdrawn at any time, after which use must cease immediately.
• From a legal adult — consent from minors is legally invalid in most jurisdictions.

Any unauthorized access, installation, monitoring, or interception of devices, data streams, or communications is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable laws.

You are strictly and absolutely forbidden from utilizing the Software for any of the following activities:

• Unauthorized surveillance, monitoring, or interception of any device, communication, or network.
• Theft, exfiltration, or unauthorized access to personal data, credentials, financial information, or intellectual property.
• Cyber-espionage, state-sponsored hacking, or corporate intelligence gathering without authorization.
• Stalking, harassment, blackmail, extortion, or coercion of any individual.
• Bypassing authentication mechanisms, security controls, or encryption without authorization.
• Use on devices of individuals who have not provided informed, documented consent.
• Distribution, resale, or sharing of the Software without express written authorization from the Creators.
• Use in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
• Any activity that could be classified as a computer crime in any jurisdiction.

Zero Tolerance: Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your license, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and civil litigation for damages.

The developers, distributors, affiliates, resellers, and all associated entities of BTMOB (collectively the "Creators") expressly and categorically disclaim all liability for any and all damages, losses, legal consequences, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from:

• The possession, installation, use, misuse, or abuse of the Software.
• Any illegal, unauthorized, unethical, or harmful use of the Software by any party.
• Reliance on any information, feature, or functionality provided by the Software.
• Service interruptions, data loss, security breaches, or system failures related to use of the Software.
• Third-party claims, lawsuits, or regulatory actions arising from your use of the Software.

By using this Software, you unconditionally agree to:

• Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Creators from any and all claims.
• Assume full and sole legal responsibility for all actions taken using the Software.
• Cover all legal costs, attorney fees, and damages incurred by the Creators due to your breach of these terms.

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties of non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
• Warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or data accuracy.
• Warranties regarding compatibility with specific devices, OS versions, or network configurations.

The Creators do not warrant that the Software will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Creators operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the use of this Software or these terms.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the agreement unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.
